[COTO] Launch of new compact molded type reed switch

Coto Technology has released a new product, the CT04 series, which features ultra-compact molded type reed switches. This molded single-pole single-throw (SPST) reed switch is equipped with normally open ruthenium contacts and offers versatility by operating with either an electromagnet, a permanent magnet, or both due to its end-type design. It is designed for surface mounting and is available in gull-wing or J-bend types. The CT04 is a redesigned version of Coto's popular CT05 series, maintaining the same PCB footprint while being optimized for mass production. This new version features magnetic switching characteristics and insulation properties. The CT04, equipped with hermetically sealed ruthenium contacts, is designed for long life and has passed operation tests for up to 1 billion cycles. Despite its compact and durable shape, it offers excellent performance and insulation. Additionally, a full inspection is conducted, including sensitivity range verification after the lead cutting and bending processes.
